Easy Weight Loss Trick For Getting Tons Of Vegetables In Your Diet

Eating more vegetables is the best way to lose weight. I recommend that you get a pound or more of cooked or raw vegetables a day.

The only thing I would change from this video is that I would water saute the vegetables instead of using the Pam spray.

To water saute, place the onions and peppers to the pan and heat for a few minutes until you notice the onions caramelize.  Then add a couple of tablespoons of water and continue to cut and add the spinach.

Water sauteing works perfectly and saves you hundreds of calories because you avoid oil.
